BRZ — some simple and affordable upgrades
Luckily, the stock BRZ is a beautiful car. Before it arrived I had all kinds of plans about what I was going to do, but that changed once it was delivered. Next week I’m having my stereo system upgraded and I think that will be the end of my upgrades for the time being. But here are six affordable upgrades to think about.
1. I installed this upgrade on day one.
I found it on Amazon in Germany and it is actually listed as being for a Renault, but it has three adaptors and one fits the BRZ. It only costs €4.90 and 90 cents for postage. Now I should mention that I don’t listen to the radio in the car, so I can’t comment on the reception, but I do get radio signals, so it seems to work fine (for my purposes at least.)
Here it is installed and I placed the original next to it for comparison.
2. We realized right away that no one would ever be able to sit in the back seat, and decided to think of our BRZ as a two-seater. Continue reading
